DentalAssets.com is an ecommerce solution that has been developed specifically for the dental industry. Dentists and dental professionals can utilize our auction methods to assist in buying and selling dental equipment, supplies, CE courses and practices!

As the only dental specific platform, you will find dental equipment, dental supplies, CE courses and practice from dental manufacturers, dental suppliers, and other practicing dentists.

To start bidding and buying on DentalAssets.com, create an account

Once you have created your account and logged in, view your inventory by utilizing our search bar on top OR our navigational headers to on the left side. You will be able to filter through your results through the filter menu which changes depending on the type of product you are looking at.

To place a bid, view the specific product you are interested in and add your bid amount. If your bid is beaten, you will receive an email notifying you of a larger bid. As long as the auction is ongoing, you will be able to increase your bid.

Assuming the seller has a low reserve price or no reserve price, you as a buyer will win the auction as long as you are the highest bid. Once the auction is completed, you have a few days to either pay the deposit or full cost of the item. Shortly thereafter, you should receive an email with the shipping tracking number for you to track the shipment.

Who is selling the equipment/supplies/CE Course/Practice?

DentalAssets.com represents individual dentists as well as manufacturers and resellers. Depending on the product you are purchasing, you will be able to see the seller’s username and location.

Are all the products new or used?

DentalAssets.com represents products that are new and used. New products are denoted to be New in their condition tabs. Used products will also be denoted as used. DentalAssets.co does NOT warranty any of the used products and recommend a thorough due diligence before purchasing/bidding on an item.

Do I have to pay to sell/list an item?

DentalAssets.com does not charge any listing fees for dentist sellers. We only take a commission once the item has sold. How do I get paid once the item sells?

DentalAssets.com acts as an escrow company during the sale of an item. We take 100% of the funds from the buyer. Once we have allowed time for the buyer to receive the item, we send payment minus our commission to the seller.

How long will it take for an item I ordered to arrive?

DentalAssets.com does not ship the item, but has an estimated time for the item to ship. If your buying direct from a manufacturer/supplier we have estimated times before the item will be shipped. The rest is dependent on the method they are shipping (air mail, next day service, etc) and their location in regards to your location.

Why should you trust DentalAssets.com?

Buyer – Your payment sits in an escrow account with DentalAssets.com until you have received it. Warranties and returns are based on the seller’s warranty and return policy which will be listed on the product description page and included on the shipping slip.

Seller – We hold payment on behalf of the buyer and ensure you are paid after the 30 day escrow period has passed.

How does a practice sale work?

Practice Sales on DentalAssets.com work like a traditional practice sale. All offers are presented to the seller for their review. The seller then selects the offer that works best for them; based on offer price, type of payment (financed/cash), and other closing terms. Once the offer has been accepted and agreed upon, DentalAssets.com has a Ticor Title escrow agent assist with the transaction. A buyer deposit is required within 5 days of offer acceptance and the escrow period begins. Once due diligence is completed and funds are exchanged, the transaction is completed.
